Make sure you're entering it in the correct field at checkout. Also, double check that you have the correct product/quantity in your cart. Some promo codes are really punctilious (look it up)! If you're still having trouble, let us know.

We recommend that all photos be 300 dpi or the original high resolution files. Rule of thumb... bigger is better. While customizing your product, will indicate how well your photo will print. If you get a warning that your photo is too small, we recommend changing your photo or product size to improve it's print-ability. If you uploaded your photo from Instagram, you may have the same photo saved to your camera roll or gallery that is of a higher resolution. If you sent a photo from your iPhone to your Photomail address, be sure to select "Actual Size".

We strongly recommend high quality .jpg, .png, or .gif files.

Simply go to the PHOTOS app on your phone. Tap a favorite photo and then tap the button on the lower left corner of your screen to select the photo. Tap the email button on your screen and type in the email address: 123@myphoto.com.

Select 'Actual Size' or 'Largest Size' to get the highest quality photo.

Of course! Most of our pictures today live on social media and it's our mission to bring them to life on your wall, desk or shelf. Quality will always be best from your original images, but we work hard to make sure your social images look stunning as well! You can either download those from any of those respective social media sites and email them to 123@myphoto.com or you can upload them easily directly on our website.

It's possible you forgot to attach a photo. Please try again and use the instructions above in "How do I email a photo from my iPhone?" Or you can view one of our video tutorials here.

Only certain image formats are acceptable. Send a .JPG or .PNG file and watch your photo come back instantly on all our products.

While we do have limited editing functions available on our site, you are encouraged to make additional enhancements prior to sending us your photo. Pictures will always appear brighter on your phone or computer due to backlit screens. With that in mind, you may want to slightly brighten your photo to get the best results.
